We perform Quantitative Risk Analysis of Industrial facilities. This includes Major Hazard Installation (MHI) Risk Assessments. We perform mathematical Consequence Modelling, Fault Tree Analysis, Event Tree Analysis, Risk summation taking into account wind direction distribution, weather conditions amongst others, to determine risk of fatality and/or financial risk.
We assist clients with their preparation for Emergency incidents involving major fires, explosions and dispersion of toxic gases. This includes facilitating communication with the authorities, such as Fire Departments to ensure smooth action in case of emergency.
MMRisk provides bespoke training sessions on a variety of Technical Risk topics. Training topics covered include methodologies for Inherently Safe Design, Hazard Identification (HAZID), Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) techniques, Consequence Modelling, Frequency Modelling, Risk Summation and Risk Control Strategies, including Bow-Tie Analysis to identify Safety Critical Elements (SCEs). Topics can include those suggested by clients for their specific purposes.
